This innovative sake retains the character of a well-balanced junmai ginjo at a softer 12% alcohol. Fruit blend fragrance, light mouth-feel with rounded plum accents building from cup to cup. A great lunchtime sake.

Masumi's president asked us to make a lighter sake with about the same alcohol content as white wine; something that people would be comfortable enjoying even during lunchtime. Yawaraka is our answer, and indeed this new style of sake is becoming more popular every day.
