The Joy of Sake, the largest sake-tasting event held outside Japan, comes to Tokyo again on Thursday, November 5. It showcases over 390 entries submitted to the 2015 U.S. National Sake Appraisal.
This is your chance to taste this stunning array of sakes alongside appetizers prepared by specialty 13 restaurants from Hokkaido to Kyushu as well as one guest chef from Honolulu. The event is held in the penthouse "Tokubestsu Hall" of the TOC Building, a 10-minute walk from Gotanda Station. This attractive venue features ambient lighting and excellent acoustics for the performance of live Hawaiian music (and hula) for this once-a-year Tokyo event.
